ALB has been involved in contracting works including carrying out commercial works for large supermarket chains through to smaller installations and fault finding in offices, local shops and homes. We are working for more local estate agents providing electrical safety inspections to be included in the Homebuyers Reports which are required and also providing Landlord Certificates on rental properties.
